Formidable coffee machine

Formidable coffee machine

We have developed an innovative system for making coffee. A coffee drink is made from two ingredients: Coffee beans and water.

Whilst there is a real science to the different types of coffee, the fineness of the grind, the brewing temperature and the pressure within a coffee machine, until now no particular attention has been paid to the quality of the water.

With this realisation, we turned our attention to water as an ingredient and developed the eriver concept.

The eriver - concept was registered for patent on 05.07.2023.
